The Bondi to Manly Walk is a project, supported by local, state and federal governments to link all existing coastal and harbourside walking tracks between Australia’s two most famous surf beaches, Bondi and Manly.
The partnership to create the Bondi to Manly Walk was officially announced in Sydney on the 25 November 2018.
The City of Sydney, Mosman Council, North Sydney Council, Northern Beaches Council, Waverley Council, Woollahra Council, Property New South Wales, the New South Wales Office of Environment and Heritage, the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust, and Bondi to Manly Walk Supporters have all committed to working together to create the Bondi to Manly walk.
When completed the Bondi to Manly walk will be an approximately 80 kilometre walking track around the foreshore of Sydney Harbour. The walking track will be on existing public land.

The walk would pass the Opera House and cross the Harbour Bridge - Australia’s two best-known man-made landmarks. It offers spectacular scenery, sites of great cultural and heritage significance and places of interest.
When completed the Bondi to Manly Walk will become one of the world’s great urban walks. It is an idea whose time has come.
